Caerphilly is a town in Wales. It has a population of 30,388. The town is the largest in Caerphilly County Borough and is on the border with Monmouthshire.

Landmarks include Caerphilly Castle, which was constructed during the thirteenth-century and is a Grade I listed building. Y Galeri is an art gallery in the town. Caerphilly has facilities for sports such as rugby. Events hosted by the town include The Big Cheese, Megaday, the Festival of Light, Machen Agricultural Show and Bedwellty Agricultural Show.
